Electric ball valve is a valve device controlled by an electric actuator, mainly used for the control and regulation of fluid pipelines. Different from the traditional manual operation method, electric ball valves are driven by electric actuators to realize automatic opening and closing of the valve, thus providing more efficient and convenient fluid control solutions in industrial, commercial and household fields.
The main structure of the electric ball valve includes the valve body, ball, electric actuator and control system. The valve body has a built-in ball with a channel at one end and a hole at the other end. The valve seat is used to ensure the sealing performance of the valve. The electric actuator is connected to the sphere and can rotate the sphere according to the control signal, thereby changing the state of the channel.
The working principle is this: when the control system sends an opening signal, the electric actuator starts, driving the ball to rotate, the channel opens, and the fluid can flow through. When the control system sends a closing signal, the electric actuator rotates the ball to the closing position, and the channel is sealed and the fluid cannot pass through.
The advantage of electric ball valves is that they have a high degree of automation and can be operated remotely without manual intervention. It is widely used in areas where fluid flow, pressure and temperature need to be regularly controlled, such as industrial process control, HVAC systems, water treatment equipment, etc. By using electric ball valves, users can improve process efficiency, reduce operating costs, and ensure accuracy and stability of fluid control.
